The BKW web team worked to create a new experience for users of cybersecurity startup IKANOW‘s website. The company wanted to focus on different customers types, and the experience interacting with the site. The updates were to be made to the homepage only, and therefore were to remain in line with the general style of the site.
Before the design phase was initiated, we worked with the company’s in-house team to define their user base and ideal customers.
Then we created an “Ideal flow” map that prioritized the calls to action, and mapped out ideal customer journeys.
Once that phase was complete, we began to build a homepage that prioritized their most valuable CTAs while paring down the content for a fresh, clean approach.
