Barak Kassar is a co-founder and partner. Prior, Barak founded INBOXTV, a pioneering online video entertainment company—and served as an early marketing team member at CHOW.com (acquired by CNET/CBS) and Wink Communications (acquired by Liberty Media).
Barak has been quoted on digital storytelling in publications such as the New York Times, Wired, CNBC, Fortune and The Guardian. He has presented at industry forums including the US National Association of Broadcasters, Digital Hollywood, SDForum and TED Global.
Barak earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis where he was an IMSEC exchange student at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Universiteit. He holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Barak began his career as a journalist — first as an intern at the Columbia Journalism Review and then as a reporter and editor for the Alexandria Gazette Packet and Mount Vernon Gazette.
