A Very Human On-Hold Message

I had to call Pacific Gas and Electric, our power company, the other day. Their pre-recorded message began with the usual blah blah.

I was barely listening. But then this caught my ear. Pretty real/authentic/sweet no? And a good way to form a bond between a company and customers. We need more of this.

BTW, if you talk with any number of BKW people now (actually all the time) you might encounter ambient noise as well. Possibly from Mala (that’s her below), just one of the ultra-cute pups (not to mention babies and kids) on the team.
