I’m really appreciating the core ideas set forth by Geoff Smart and Randy Street in “Who.”
I’m using it to get us to write mission statements for each of our key roles at BKW. It’s a bit late… but that’s ok. Better to do it now. We’ll implement other good ideas from the book later.
